Bernice O'Brien

Bernice O’Brien, 90, formerly of Toms River, JN, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2020 at Spang Crest Manor, Lebanon. She was the wife of the David O’Brien who passed away in 2014. Bernie was born in Brooklyn, NY on April 28, 1930, daughter of the late Samuel and Sophie Kanterman Goldman.
She was a retired secretary for St. Paul Insurance Co, Iselin, NJ. Bernie enjoyed working on her I Pad and doing cross-stitching.
She will be sadly missed by her daughters Sharon Switzer of Lebanon, Shelia, wife of Ron Manhardt of Fuquay-Varina, NC; her 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and sister Zelda, wife of Robert Chehoski of Cary, NC. Bernie was preceded in death by her brother Joseph Goldman and sister Ceil Brownstein.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Bernie’s graveside service Monday, August 10, 2020 at 12:30 PM in Forrest Lawn Memorial Garden, Iselin, NJ.
