Beverly A. Bender

Beverly Ann Bender, 80, of Cornwall, passed away Friday April 12, 2024 at Spang Crest Manor. She was the wife of Raymond J.G. Bender whom she married in October 1969. Bev was born in Lebanon on July 25, 1943, daughter of the late David R. Balmer Sr and Georgine M. Gambler Balmer.
Bev was a registered Cardiology Tech for 35 years at the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was an active member of Hebron United Methodist where she was a member of the choir and administrative boar and other committees and groups. Bev enjoyed reading, music, travel and old movies as well as spending time at their cabin.
Bev will be missed by her husband Ray, and her brother, David R. Balmer, Jr and wife Lynn of Manheim and her nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Bev's memorial service on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 10:30 AM from Hebron UMC, 451 E, Walnut St, Lebanon, where friends will be received beginning at 10 AM to time of service at the church. Interment will be made in Holy Savior Cemetery, Cornwall. In lieu of flowers memorial contribution in Bev's memory may be made to her church.
