Carolyn E. Tobias

Carolyn E. Tobias, 90, formerly of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at Cedar Haven Healthcare Center. She was the wife of the late Grant Tobias who passed away in 1986. Mrs. Tobias was born in Lebanon on February 8, 1934, a daughter of the late William and Viola Rhoads Cassel.
She was a graduate of Lebanon High School and worked as a seamstress for many years. She was an active member and Sunday School teacher at Zion Lutheran Church, Lebanon. Carolyn loved to sew and for many years made curtains for the Lebanon theaters. She enjoyed gardening.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter Rebecca L. wife of Gregory Ondrusek of Rexmont; her 3 grandchildren; her 5 great grandchildren; her brother William Cassel, Jr of Elizabethtown and sister Viola Lutz of Rutherford.
