Clyde H. Schaak

Clyde H. Schaak, 85, of Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at his residence. He was the husband of Bonnie K. Mettley Schaak whom he married July 25, 1964. Clyde was born in Lebanon on April 28, 1935, son of the late Henry and Leah Miller Schaak.
He was a 1953 graduate of Cornwall High School. Clyde was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a retired tool planner and cost estimator at Bethlehem Steel Corp. He was a member of Scared Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Cornwall. He enjoyed gardening, automobiles, trains and fly fishing.
In addition to his wife, Bonnie, Clyde is survived by his children Jeffrey, husband of Jayne Schaak of Lebanon, Lisa, wife of Rodney Clark of Cornwall, Daniel Schaak of Glenside; his 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and his sister Lois Nunnink.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Clyde’s Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 11 AM from Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Cornwall. Friends will be received Tuesday beginning at 10 AM to time of Mass at the church. Interment will be made in Grand View Memorial Park, Annville.
