David K. Proctor

David K. Proctor, 76, of Harrisburg, passed away Tuesday March 8, 2022 at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. He was born at Wright Army Air Base in Dayton, OH on September 9, 1945, son of the late Judge Kenneth C. and Sarah Kent Proctor of Cockeysville, MD.
David was raised in Cockeysville and spent the last 30 years in Harrisburg, PA. He is survived by a brother, K. Donald Proctor of Ruxton, MD and a niece, Lisa Spader Johnson of Harrisburg. He was preceded in death by a sister, Pamela K. Proctor and a brother James M. Proctor.
Private family services will be held.
