David C. Switzer

David C. Swizer, 75, of Lebanon (Cornwall), passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2019, at his residence. He was the husband of Sharon O’Brien Switzer whom he married December 18, 1980. David was born in Bellefontaine, OH on September 3, 1944, son of the late Harry and Evelyn Staadt Switzer.
David was a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a retired maintenance mechanic for White Castle Burgers. David was a NY Giants fan, Ohio State Football fan and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
In addition to his wife Sharon, David is survived by his sons Chris Switzer of North Brunswick, NJ; Brian Switzer of Glenmoore, PA; his sisters Connie Albert of Clarksville, TN and Joanna, wife of Seth Johnson of Port Huene, CA. He was preceded in death by a sister Linda.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend David’s visitation on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 from 10:30 AM to Noon from Porterfield-Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services, Ltd, 890 Isabel Dr., (next to Quentin Circle) Lebanon and graveside side service at 12:30 PM at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
