Edith N. Krall

Edith N. Krall, 77, of Hershey, passed away Monday, September 24, 2018 at her residence. She was the wife of the late John Phillip Krall who passed away June 17, 1987. Edith was born in Palmyra on May 25, 1941, daughter of the late Harry W. and Margie Sonnon Beers.
Edith worked many years in healthcare as a nursing aide. She enjoyed bingo, cooking and baking.
Edith is survived by her children Debra, wife of Jerry McNeal of Lewistown, Donald, husband of Phyllis Krall of York, Brenda, wife of Daniel Shuey of Gilbert, SC, 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, sisters Katherine, wife of Samuel Ulrich of Myerstown, Linda, wife of Moses Garrison of Palmyra, Karen, wife of Fred Hall of Lebanon, Margie, wife of Larry Lerch of Hummelstown, Patricia, wife of John Clendenin of Hershey, brothers William, husband of Gloria Beers of Middletown and Lloyd Thomas, husband of Debra Beers of Harrisburg. Edith was preceded in death by sons Rodney and Kevin Krall, brother Harry Beers, Jr., sisters Grace Wolfe and Mabel Fontenot.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Edith’s funeral services on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 10:30 AM from Porterfield-Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services, Ltd., 890 Isabel Drive, Lebanon, PA (next to Quentin Circle) with Pastor Ricky Reilly officiating. A viewing will be held Monday beginning at 9:30 AM to time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be made in Colebrook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Edith’s memory may be made to Derry Twp. Camping Association (Camp Catherine) or American Cancer Society Pancreatic Cancer Program.
