Gary Crotts, 50, who was raised and lived in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, passed away in Lebanon County, PA, Wednesday, April 29, 2020. He was born in Abington, PA on August 20 1969, son of the late George H. Crotts, Jr and Ruth Quinn Crotts.
Gary was an Upper Moreland High School, Willow Grove, PA graduate and served with the US military in the Army and Reserves. He was employed as a long distance courier and truck driver which enabled him to travel across the country, experiencing a myriad of places and meeting many people. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter, Arwen, and his dog, Cayu. Gary was a kind man who maintained his playfulness throughout his life. He was a highly skilled outdoorsman/ survivalist, enjoyed hiking, driving his Mini Cooper S, watching movies, spending time with others, and studying and observing to satisfy his quest for knowledge. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and share his knowledge and convictions. He was a member of the NRA and quite the marksman with either bow or rifle.
Gary is survived by his daughter Arwen VanDenbergh of Philadelphia, his sister, Cynthia, wife of Roald Rasmussen of Willow Grove, brother, George H. Crotts III, wife Karin of Kintnersville, and sister, Lynn, wife of Jeffrey Dick of Willow Grove as well as many treasured nieces and nephews.
