James G. Cowden
James G. Cowden, 81, of Lebanon passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Lebanon VA Medical Center Hospice. He was the husband of Janet Bair Cowden. Jim was born in Lebanon on June 24, 1937, son of the late Grover C. and Lillian M. Garman Cowden.
He was an US Army Veteran of the Korean War. Jim was a retired miner for Bethlehem Steel. He enjoyed nature, hunting, music and dogs.
In addition to his wife Janet, Jim is survived by his daughter, Wendi, wife of Daniel Ruddy of Ephrata, his son, Craig Cowden of Lebanon, brother, Robert, husband of Anna Cowden of Lebanon and sister, Anita Haulman of Lebanon.
His funeral services are private with burial in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with full military honors.
