James J. Rogers, Sr., 76 of Lebanon passed away unexpectedly while working on Friday, September 27, 2024. Born in Lebanon on November 20, 1947, he was the son of the late Car J. Rogers and Edith Noll Wolf.

Jim served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. He was a hard worker, currently working for Clouse Trucking in Carlisle as a Milk Hauler. Jim attended Mountainview Bible Church in Hummelstown. He enjoyed his cat "Jewel", cooking, eating out and his Harley. He had a kind heart and enjoyed joking around.

Jim will be missed by his sisters, Suzanne Wiechert of Frystown and Janet Wolf, companion of William Mease of Lebanon and his brother, Richard, husband of Dorothy of Alabama. He is also survived by his children, James, husband of Penny Rogers of Enola, Jacqueline, wife of Jim Reese of Lebanon and Jessica Fake of Jonestown, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Kenneth Rogers, Robert Wolf and Shane Wolf.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Jim's graveside service on Friday, October 11, 2024 at 3PM from the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, 60 Indiantown Gap Road, Annville with Pastor William Pfaunmiller officiating. Military Honors will be performed.
