Judith A. Currier, 72, of Lebanon, formerly of Richboro, passed away Monday, February 11, 2019 at the Wellspan Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon. She was the wife of Roger L. Currier to whom she was married to for 50 years. Judith was born in Philadelphia on February 20, 1946, daughter of David and Emma Rostucher Albrecht.
Judith was a graduate of West Chester University and subsequently was a reading specialist at Malvern School District. Later in life she worked as a bookkeeper. She was a former member of St. John’s United Methodist Church, Ivyland, where she had played piano for the Contemporary Service. Judith loved to play the piano and taught piano lessons.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Alison, wife of George A. Delano, Jr, of Meshoppen, son Dean, husband of Donna Currier of Oreland, her grandchildren Brian and Sean Currier of Oreland, Mitchell Delano of Meshoppen, her brother David Albrecht of Blue Bell, her sister Lorna Broszat of Oreland, and her niece and nephews.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Judith’s memorial service on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 11 AM at St. John’s UMC, 820 Almshouse Rd, Ivyland, PA 18974, with Pastor Janice A. Puliti officiating. Friends will be greeted following the service. In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions in Judith’s name be made to Ronald McDonald House, RMHC of Central PA, 745 W. Governor Rd, Hershey, PA 17033.
