Marc A. Shaver

Marc A. Shaver, 57 of Manheim died Monday morning, October 15, 2018 in Lancaster. Born on September 9, 1961 in State College, PA he was the son of the late Frederick Shaver and Karen Smith Pennebaker. Marc was the husband of Ann M. Beeler Shaver with who he married in Lancaster on July 18, 1986.
Marc graduated from J.P. McCaskey High School in 1979. He continued his education at Penn State University studying Pre Law.
Marc had worked in sales earlier in life. He worked for the Car Village in Lebanon and also New Holland Ford. He was self employed over the past 15 years doing what he loved….buying and selling antiques. He had stands at Leesport Market, Renningers Market and Saturday Market in Middletown. Marc loved to hunt, slot cars, skateboarding and fast cars.
In addition to his wife Ann and mother Karen of Troy, WV, Marc is survived by his brothers, Scott Shaver and Brian Pennebaker of Troy, WV; uncle, Eric husband of Ellen Smith of Maryland and “Uncle” to a bunch of wonderful nieces and nephews. Marc was the favorite son in law of the late Robert Beeler and Doris Beeler of Elizabeth and brother in law to Chris and Alan Comer of Asheville, NC and Rob and Nancy Beeler of Hazlet, NJ. In addition to his father and father in law, Marc was preceded in death by his step father, Kenneth Pennebaker.
