Margaret C. "Peg: Phillippy

Margaret C. “Peg” Phillippy, 95, of Lebanon, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2021 at ManorCare Lebanon. She was the wife of the late Kenneth Phillippy who passed away October 8, 2000. Peg was born in Ravine on December 11, 1926, daughter of the late John and Bessie Zimmerman Heiser.
Peg is a retired machine operator for Keystone Knitting Mill and a former crossing guard for City of Lebanon. She loved gardening and pets and was a member of the ASPCA.
Peg will be missed by her daughters June Mullaney and April, wife of Chester Zipp of Lebanon; her 21 grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughters Mary Donton, Dolores Sweitzer, Sandra Hammer and son Edward Houtz.
Peg will be interred in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with her late husband. A Celebration of Life time will be held at a later date. In lieu of flower s memorial contribution in Peg’s memory may be made to the Humane Society of Lebanon County. 100 Ramona Rd, Myerstown, PA 17067.
