Mary Lou Matthew

Mary Lou Matthew, 93, of Lebanon formerly of Myerstown, passed away Monday, December 12, 2022 at Cedar Haven. She was the wife of the late Lloyd Matthew. She was born in Clairton on August 15, 1929, daughter of the late James and Martha Lewis Gotto.
Mary Lou was baptized in 1968 as member of Jehovah's Witness in Lebanon, PA. She loved to cook and was generous, hospitable and enjoyed helping others , sharing what she learned about the Bible. Mary Lou loved her family and grandchildren.
Mary Lou will be missed by her son, C. Dennis Fox and wife Janet of N. Huntingdon, her daughter, Susan, wife of Lynn Hibshman of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Dara, wife of Randy Shaner, Dustin husband of Alesha, Dena, wife of Anthony Manning, Amy, wife of Rodney Johnson and Lindsey, wife of Douglas Livingston; great grandchildren Aydan, Ian, Payton, Miya and Travis. She was the second in a family of 13 children and is survived by a brother, Joseph Gotto and sisters, Elsie Ratcliffe, Virginia Kock, Linda Andiorio, Cathy Baynham and their families. In addition to her parents and husband, Mary Lou is preceded in death by brother, Thomas Gotto and sisters, Lillian Prolenski, Donna Mae Thompson, Ruth Ann Gotto, Barbara Mark and Beverly Staley.
