Robert L. "Skip" Thome
Robert L. "Skip" Thome, 87 of Lebanon passed away Friday, July 30, 2021 at home. Born on August 7, 1933 in Lebanon, he was the son of the late John J. and Hilda Shark Thome. He was the husband of Pearl M. Faust Thome.
Skip served in the United States Navy from 1952 to 1954. He retired from Heim's Machine & Tool Inc., Lebanon and had worked for NAPA as a delivery driver. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and woodworking.
Skip will be missed by his wife, Pearl; sons, Robert Scott, husband of Lori Thome of Cornwall and Gary L., husband of Brenda Thome of Grantville; grandchildren, Morgan Williams of Jonestown, Courtney Thome of Rexmont and Kyle Thome of Maryland; 7 Great Grandchildren and his sister, Mary "Mick" Thome of Lebanon. He was preceded in death by 15 brothers and sisters.
Interment will be held in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at a later date.
