Robert J. "Bob" Winters

Robert J. “Bob” Winters, 89, formerly of Lebanon, passed away Friday, December 18, 2020 at Phoebe Village Garden, Wernersville. He was the husband of the late Grace McCurdy Winters who passed away July 12, 2017.The Winters had been married for 62 years. Bob was born in Lebanon on April 10, 1931, son of Paul and Emma Mease Winters.
Bob was a graduate of Lebanon High School. He was a an Air Force Veteran of the Korean War. Bob was retired from Sowers Printing, Lebanon and Hershey Foods. He enjoyed time spent with his great grandchildren and reading his Bible daily.
Bob will be missed by his daughters Darlinda. Wife of Ronnie Smith of Annville, Donna Winters of Myerstown; his grandchildren David Smith, Jason Long, Tiffany Smith, Erin Garcia; his seven great grandchildren; several brothers and sisters. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter Heather.
Family and friends are invited to attend Bob’s funeral services on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 10 AM from Porterfield-Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services, Ltd., 890 Isabel Dr, Lebanon where a viewing will be held Wednesday beginning at 9 AM to time of service. Interment will be made with full military honors in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. His family suggests memorial contributions in Bob’s memory may be made to the Village Gardens at Phoebe Berks. 1 Reading Dr., Wernersville, PA 19565. Suggested COVID procedures will be followed.
