Thomas Clifford Middlesworth

Thomas Clifford Middlesworth, 77, of Hershey formerly of Jonestown, passed away Friday, July 19, 2024 at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. Tom was the husband of the late Janet Campbell Middlesworth who passed away September 12, 2018. He was born in Altoona on January 17, 1947, son of the late Thomas B Middlesworth and Dorothy Green Middlesworth Drobel.
Tom was a Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a man of many interests, among going to casinos, gardening golf flea markets, time with family and friends and was an avid Pirates and Steelers fan.
Tom is survived by son Daniel Middlesworth of NM, daughter Sarah Middlesworth of SD, granddaughter, Sophia Green and will be miss by his sister, Carol Cawthern of Lemoyne, Susan Skinner of Camp Hill, several nieces and nephews his sister-in-law Nancy Bolognase of Harrisburg.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Tom's memorial service Wednesday, July 31, 2024 10:30 AM from Porterfield-Scheid Funeral Directors & Cremation Services, Ltd., 890 Isabel Dr., Lebanon where friends will be received Wednesday beginning at 9:30 AM to time of service. In lieu of flowers contributions in Tom's memory may be made to Lebanon VA Hospice, 1700 S. Lincoln Ave., Lebanon 17042 or Palliative Care at Hershey Med, Center, University Circle, Hershey 17033.
